About Me
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in WA state.
I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, religions, and sexual orientations.
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received my doctorate from Seattle Pacific University. I have received training and provided care in primary care settings, VA hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practice.
I employ an evidence-based approach in my work with clients looking for a new direction in life or who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, reactions to trauma, adjustment to life events, or questioning addictive behaviors. I incorporate CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and compassion-based approaches in the process of healing.
My therapeutic approach is a highly interactive process where we work collaboratively on your goals. This involves getting out of your comfort zone. As your therapist, I will ask you to participate in experiential exercises or try new behaviors in session to help you learn new skills. There will also be activities for you to practice in-between sessions to foster long-term, sustainable change.
